Earlier Verizon launched an attack on AT&T. Now, it seems it has turned its attention towards Apple. Verizon just released a new commercial mocking the iPhone.
Verizon has branded Apple’s iPhone as an “iDon’t” device that doesn’t feature a real keyboard, can’t do multitasking, can’t snap 5 mega pixel photos, can’t take photos in the dark, can’t customize, can’t run widgets and can use other batteries.
And you know what? Everything that Apple iPhone can’t do, Verizon’s new Droid does.
The commercial doesn’t show any shots of the Droid. However, it can be said with certainty that Verizon has high hopes for its first Android-based smartphone. Thanks to all these commercials, user interest in Verizon’s new device will be very high and come November, it will be one-of-the-most-talked-about devices of the year.
For now, we can expect more commercials from Verizon mocking its competitors…
