Google to air its first-ever Super Bowl commercial

Internet search giant, Google plans on airing its first Super Bowl commercial on Februrary 7th during the third quarter of the game.

There are reports that Google will run the “Parisian Love” advertisement on 7th as a part of its new branding campaign. There are confirmations about the same from Google’s mouth itself.

Google’s chief executive Eric Schmidt, posted on Twitter–

“Can’t wait to watch the Super Bowl tommorrow. Be sure to watch the ads in the 3rd quarter (Someone said “Hell has indeed frozen over.”). Watch the ad, then tell us what you think below.”

Super Bowl advertisements cost a fortune @ ~ $2.5 to $3 million per ad. But their reach justifies the price and so it would be worth the investment for Google.
